the existing basketball court.

and flooring where needed.
Interior
• Replace the HVAC for greater efficiency
and temperature regulation.
• Address mandatory life-safety issues
with sprinklers, fire-rated doors, and full
compliance with code specifications.
• Replace heating and cooling, plumbing,
and electrical systems to accommodate
the volume/size of the house and address
safety issues.
First Floor
• Accommodate different learning styles by
adding a large study room, three small
group study rooms, and a workroom.
• Honor the legacy of Gamma Epsilon
alumni with a Legends Room (see page 7).
• Add a new ladies' room.
Basement
• Allow more brothers to dine together
with a new dining room.
• Expand kitchen to allow for better flow.
• Change current dining room into service/
breakfast area.
• Relocate TV room.
• Enlarge laundry area.
Second Floor
• Addition will consist of four suites and
bathroom for live-in seniors or new
dormitory.
Third Floor
• Addition will consist of five suites and
bathroom for live-in seniors.

• Relocate trash enclosure for easier access.
