along with good looks

F
ashion shows are about beautiful clothes.
And feeling good. And having fun.
And some these days are also about
raising awareness of important issues and
money for good causes.
And there's nothing wrong with that.
Already this year, Fayetteville has seen three
fashion shows with such aims. At the Crown in
January, An Affair to Remember held its popular
annual fashion show extravaganza, which showcased
not only beautiful formalwear and prom gowns, but
also "women of power" from many walks of life,
backgrounds and age points. It was fun and fabulous
and eye-opening and inspiring.
