program. It's one of my
favorite things; because
Main Street pays for
2/3's and the awardee
will only pay one-
third, but it's only up to
$1,500. So what will of-
ten happen is Dr. Hoff-
man down the road, he
will invest much more
than that cap, but he
is so enthusiastic to
be part of what main
street is doing and to
be recognized as one
of the pillars of our downtown buildings,
his building looks absolutely fantastic.
You have to look at it – new branding, his
new signs, power washed all the stone;
details on the building; freshened up and
painted the awning; it looks great."
"It's not just Main Street; it's such
a lovely example of collaboration and
working along side with businesses
downtown and building owners because
it's such a celebration to live and work
downtown," she continued.
Main Street Siloam is similar to other
downtown improvement organizations in
working with young people to introduce
a service heart to business when there is
a college nearby. Siloam Springs has the
benefit of John Brown University. is
