arkansas apple Festival e Arkansas Apple Festival is a highlight for Lincoln every year. e festival has an arts and cras fair with more than 60 booths that feature handmade pottery, carvings, paintings, quilts, and more. ere is also different live music each day, a talent show, parade, apple core throwing contest, and all visitors are welcomed with free apple slices and apple cider. In addition to the arts and cras booths, there were also offerings of fried apple pie, dumplings, and of course, bags of apples. lincoln lake Lincoln Lake is 400 acres of pure outdoor enjoyment. e potential activities include hiking, fishing, mountain biking, rock climbing, boating, and it is also a nesting home for bald eagles. e rock climbing in Lincoln is commonly referred to as "little Devil's Den", and are some of the most easily accessible bluffs in Northwest Arkansas. Lincoln Lake also has multiple trails; Spillway Loop, Eagle View Trail, Piney Loop, and Lake Loop Trail, all of which vary in length and are well maintained throughout the year. e lake is also a prime spot for canoeing and kayaking, and is considered the jewel of the Lincoln parks and recreation system. lincoln rodeo e Lincoln Riding Club Rodeo is an exciting event held annually at the Lincoln Riding Club Arena. ere are several events for people of all ages including; bull riding, several roping events, barrel racing, steer wrestling, and bareback bronc riding. It is hosted by Hampton Rodeo Company and will be celebrating its 66th Rodeo later this year.
