In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately. Sausage Stuffed Jalapeños Ingredients • 1 pound ground pork sausage • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese • 1 pound large fresh jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Ranch dressing (optional) Directions 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 2. Place sausage in a skillet over medium heat, and cook until evenly brown. Drain grease. 3. In a bowl, mix the sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Spoon about 1 tablespoon sausage mixture into each jalapeño half. Arrange stuffed halves in baking dishes. 4. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve with Ranch dressing. Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip Ingredients • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened • 1/4 cup mayonnaise • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese • 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt • Salt and pepper to taste • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a small baking dish. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach. 3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned. Avocado Deviled Eggs Ingredients • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced • 3 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped, divided • 2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise • 2 teaspoons lime juice • 1 clove garlic, crushed • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper • Sea salt to taste • 1 jalapeño pepper, sliced (optional) • 1 dash hot sauce, or to taste (optional) Directions 1. Scoop egg yolks into a bowl; add avocado, 2/3 of chopped turkey bacon, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mash egg yolk mixture until filling is evenly combined. 2. Spoon filling into a piping bag or plastic bag with a snipped corner. Pipe filling into each egg white; top with a turkey bacon piece, jalapeño slice, and dash hot sauce.
