GAME ON!
It was time to get down to the business of deviling eggs. The
kids grabbed their boiled eggs, delicately pealed away the shells
and cut them in half. They extracted the yolks and smooooshed
them in to zip lock baggies with mayonnaise and mustard. The
final steps… squeeze the yolky mixture through a small hole
cut in the corner of the bag, fill their eggs and top them with a
sprinkle of paprika. Viola, deviled eggs. The kids then offered
Official Kids Mag their take on the lesson and the eggs.
