The Peninsular | 3 Restore 556 State Street Generations of Brothers Gather to inauGurate new alpha Delt house O n August 18, more than 110 brothers spanning every era from to the 1950s to now assembled at 556 S. State Street to celebrate the past and future of Alpha Delta Phi while dedicating our new chapter house. Seeing is believing, and those who attended the inauguration ceremony were overwhelmed with pride. Construction on our new home began on May 9, 2017. Throughout the past year and a half, we've watched the house take shape and become a true labor of love for so many alumni, including our builder, Tom Fitzsimmons '90. The result, as many of you have already seen, is a fantastic home to house generations of Alpha Delta Phi men. If you were not able to attend the inauguration, we invite you to come to the house the next time you are in Ann Arbor. Please reach out to our chapter president and he will be happy to set you up with a tour.
