Chi Omega Achievements
2
"As an incoming freshman going through recruitment,
I desired to someday call the beautiful Chi Omega house
my home. I would have never thought I would get to spend
six wonderful semesters surrounded by remarkable young
women in this house. The friendships and memories made
here are deeply cherished. It is an absolute honor to lead a
Chapter with such a rich history and a bright future."
– Alma Rios '16, Chapter President
T
au Beta collegians excel in many areas, but we can all be
especially proud of their academic excellence, campus
leadership, philanthropic endeavors, and service to the community.

Philanthropy
Each year, the Chapter hosts philanthropic events allowing family,
friends, and alumnae, as well as campus and community members, to
take part. Wish Week takes place in the fall, which includes different
fundraising events, including Waffles for Wishes and Frats at Bat.
During the spring, Rock the Block features food, live music, and
face painting. Both events help raise money for the Make-A-Wish
Foundation. Since 2001, Tau Beta has donated more than $250,000 to
Make-A-Wish and raised more than $42,000 last year alone.
