When my family and I first moved to Huntsville, we didn't have any extended family close by. So, each Christmas, we would drive 16+ hours to Miami, FL, where a large portion of our family lives. Once there, we'd go from house to house, opening presents and eating some good homemade Cuban food in the nice tropical weather. €is was the tradition for a long time, and I miss being able to do this. Now that we're older, not all the family can make it there at the same time. – By Anelisse Westmeyer, Redstone Title Services LLC My favorite holiday memory was actually last year around Christmas. Each year, my family gets together a weekend before Christmas, and we have a family game night. Last year, I hosted the event for the first time, and we had a blast! It was the first year that everyone was able to make it, and that made it extra special. We played games, such as Taboo, M&Ms and Guesstures. And, of course, there was food. It was a potluck, so everyone helped out by bringing their specialties. – By Nikeesha Collier, Business Product Specialist Memories r e d f c u.o r g | 5
