TAU KAPPA EPSILON q BETA ETA CHAPTER q MISSOURI S&T q FALL 2018 BETA ETA DATA Strengthening Beta Eta for the Future O ne of my favorite times of the year is upon us—Homecoming in Rolla. When I reminisce about my time on campus, I immediately think about my time as a Teke. My membership in the fraternity helped define my college experience and provided me with lifelong friends. I can't imagine what my under- graduate days would have been like without Beta Eta, and as I hear about the positive impact of our new Chapter House from our undergraduate brothers, I realize how important it is that our Fraternity continues to influence the lives of to- day's young men. As alumni, we should ensure Tau Kappa Ep- silon's legacy at Rolla. You may not realize it, but your gifts are more than an investment in our physical structure; they are an investment in the young men of Beta Eta. The dividends show themselves as young Tekes who graduate and are better people as a result of their Beta Eta expe- rience. They go on to live productive lives, cre- ating a better society in which our children and grandchildren will live. In order to keep our Tau Kappa Epsilon tradition alive, and to continue making a difference in the lives of these young men, we must address the never-ending need our Chapter House presents. Our facility currently houses 55 members. Think about your own home and the effort it takes to maintain it, and now consider the finances and labor it must take to sustain Beta Eta. Will you continue to invest in Beta Eta with me? Turn to page 2 for more information. Thank you for your consideration. I hope that you will be able to visit 3 Fraternity Drive during Home- coming, meet the active members, and witness the dividends of your investment. You'll be glad you did.
