"e current house has served Pike exceedingly well and
created lots of memories, but at over 60 years of age—
and with space limitations—it is putting the chapter at a
disadvantage to other fraternities. It's time to modernize
and prepare for Beta Mu's centennial celebration on
campus in a few short years."
