H&H Homes has 160 employees and has built and sold over 6,500 single-family homes in the Carolinas. The corporate office is in Fayetteville with division offices in Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington, Myrtle Beach, Greensboro, and Charleston, SC. Home sales for 2017 were over $180 million. H&H Homes was ranked the fastest growing builder in the US in 2010 and is consistently ranked as one of the top 100 builders in the country by Builder Magazine since 2008. Huff also has developed extensive multi-family and commercial developments to include ten condominium communities, over thirty subdivisions, apartments, and numerous shopping centers. He is currently working on a mixed-use project in Wilmington with 145 single family detached lots and 228 traditional apartment units. Ralph has received numerous awards for his contributions to the community. In 2012, Ralph received the Fayetteville Home Builders Association "Pillar of the Industry" award. In 2015, the Order of the Longleaf Pine was bestowed upon Ralph & Linda Huff. In October 2016, Ralph received the celebrated Coldwell Banker "Hero of the Year" Award after being nominated by his peers and selected from more than 84,000 professionals worldwide. Ralph's local economic development efforts were recognized on a state level when Business North Carolina Magazine named Ralph as one of the Top 100 Influential Business Leaders in North Carolina. William B. Pryor is the Chief Human Resources Officer, Cape Fear Valley Health System in Fayetteville. This makes him the human resource executive for the seventh largest health system in North Carolina with eight hospitals, 1,050 beds, and 7,600 employees. A graduate of Dartmouth College, and the University of Chicago, he has 26 years of human resource experience with the past 17 years as a top Human Resource executive. "I have been involved with other organizations and hope to offer my expertise whenever it is needed," Pryor said. As such, he is very active in the community serving on multiple Boards including the Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce; Dean's Advisory Board at the School of Business and Economics at Fayetteville State University; and previously serving the board of Fayetteville Symphony Orchestra and as Chair and Board Member for Southern Regional Area Health Education Center. "I volunteered for the Greater Fayetteville Chamber Board for a number of reasons. As the Chief HR Officer of the largest healthcare system in the region, I am interested in presenting Fayetteville as a great place to live and raise a family," he explained. "I am excited about Fayetteville's future and desire to contribute to the overall growth and development of Fayetteville."
