Neal Kolchinsky '66, Bob Niehaus '68, Bernie Ebert '64, and Ken Masters '64 attend alumni event in Kansas City, Mo. I n an effort to support fundraising for the new house, AIBA hosted two alumni bar nights in St. Louis and Kansas City to discuss the proj- ect and expand our list of donors. More than 30 St. Louis-area alumni gathered at the O'Fallon Brewing Company in Maryland Heights, Mis- souri, on January 18, while another 30 or so, including brothers from Texas, Illinois, and Mis- souri, joined us on February 15 for bar night at Barley's Brewhouse in Shawnee, Kansas. Each event gave alumni the opportunity to re- connect, make new connections with brothers from different eras (1950s to 2010s), and dis- cuss the status of planning and fundraising for the new house in Rolla. Renderings and building plans for the house were reviewed and new fun- draising commitments were made. As this proj- ect moves forward into the building phase, we plan to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood by hosting additional alumni events. If any brother would like to host an event in your area, please let us know. We also encourage you to send us photos of any informal gatherings of Sigma Pi brothers. With less than two months until groundbreak- ing of the new house in Rolla, AIBA is pleased to announce our groundbreaking ceremony and scheduled walkthrough events.
