During his 35 years of practice in Cumberland County, Neil Yarborough has developed an extensive record of public and community service. He has served as the county attorney for Cumberland and Hoke Counties and serves as the Lee County Attorney, the Town Attorney for several towns in the region and two state agencies. In addition to local government law, Yarborough concentrates his practice in the areas of land condemnation, land use, personal injury, and real estate law. An experienced trial attorney, Yarborough received his law degree from the University of North Carolina in 1977 and a master���s degree from Duke University the same year. He has served in several state and local bar leadership positions throughout his career as well as his involvement in various community based organizations and charities and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association. Ad Winters concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law, administrative law, personal injury, real estate, and civil litigation. He recently served as the President of the Cumberland County Bar Association. He is a member of the Professional Construction Estimators Association and is the past President of the Board of Directors of Fayetteville Operation Inasmuch. A graduate of Georgetown University and the University Of North Carolina School Of Law, Winters has practiced law in our state since 1985 and in Fayetteville since 1995. Thomas Neville practices in the areas of corporate/ business law, construction disputes, personal injury, collections, estates and other types of civil litigation. He obtained his undergraduate degree from North John Jackson, Ad Winters, Neil Yarborough and Thomas Neville Carolina State University and his law degree from Campbell Law School. Thomas was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and served in Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield. John Jackson is a 1971 graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law who practices primarily in the area of municipal, real estate, and business law. He represents several local government entities here in Cumberland County and plays a major role in the firm���s real estate closing practice. John is a Vietnam Veteran and a Retired Colonel in the U.S. Army, Special Forces.
