Camdenton is the Lake Area's largest and most diverse school district in academics, athletics and extracurricular offerings. Over the past decade, the district has consistently had enrollment numbers topping 4,000 in its nine individual facilities scattered over four campuses. e district has a student to teacher ratio of 15 -1 and a graduation rate of approximately 92.6 percent with 35.5 percent of its graduating seniors going on to four-year colleges or universities and 24.3 percent of graduating seniors going on to two-year colleges or trade schools. e district also offers community education programs that allow adults to earn a GED or refresh their skills through the Adult Education and Literacy programs offered at its Lake Career and Technical Center.
