"I decided to become a regional director because of the positive experience I had at Iowa Delta, and the relationships that I had with my regional directors in my time as an undergraduate. I was able to see their impact, and I decided that I'm not done making an impact on SigEp quite yet," Ben stated. We've resurfaced the parking lot, seal-coated the top of the porch, put in new railings, repainted the front of the house, replaced the brick work, built a garbage enclo- sure for our dumpster, and added new windows on the west end of the house. On the inside, we repainted all of the public areas, added new wood flooring in the entryway and trophy room, and updated the internet service. In the kitchen, we got a new stove, ice maker, and dishwasher. In the bathrooms, we added new exhaust fans and redid the faucets and shower heads. Lastly, new cabinets were installed in the dining room. Iowa Delta appreciates the hard work of the onsite manager, Bill Oleson. Along with work- ing with various contractors and installers, Bill instituted a monthly maintenance schedule to keep the house up to code and in proper working order to provide a safe and clean environment for the members.
