Mitchell Graham R ealtors Mitchell Graham and Paul Hayden share the same title at work, but there’s another title they share outside the office: president. Paul is the current President of the Exchange Club of Greater Fayetteville. Mitchell is President-elect. But then, many of these Realtors of Distinction are actively involved in their community. Service is a constant for real estate agents, always working behind the scenes to make the sale or purchase of a home go smoothly. “It starts well before placing a For Sale sign in the front yard,” Paul says, “and it goes well beyond showing homes to buyers and negotiating the sale …. We serve our clients as resource managers and coordinators. A dedicated agent should be willing to put the needs of his clients first and foremost.” For newcomers, Realtors put a face on Fayetteville; they serve as ambassadors. As a Fayetteville native, Mitchell often finds himself clearing up myths that still linger about his hometown. “It’s up to us to change that,” Mitchell says, “but it doesn’t take long.” Hayden Paul Mitchell was a Mortgage Banker for 8 years before joining Townsend Real Estate in 1986. He served as President of the Fayetteville Association of Realtors in 2005 and was named Realtor of the Year in 2006. Paul came to Fayetteville in 1995 for a job in the N.C. pork industry after 10 years as a military officer. Whether it’s an existing house or an empty lot waiting for a dream, they both love what they do. “I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of this detailed business,” Mitchell says. “More than that, I enjoy getting to know the people.” Mitchell Graham - 910.391.4000 - www.MitchellGraham.com • Paul Hayden - 910.797.0439 - PaulHayden@yahoo.com CityViewNC.com | 47 Special Advertising Section
