Interested parties must submit their Bid Proposal no later than Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 2:00pm. Bids must be delivered to the Parks and Recreation Department either in person or by mail to 850 W. Sumter St., Shelby, NC 28150. Bids will be opened the day and time stated above.
