11 woodworking and wood framing are pulling away from walls and, in many cases, falling away. The infrastructure of the physical plant is permeated with extensive amounts of moisture leaking in from a failing roof (that was finally replaced several years ago), leaking pipes, and window framing that is rotting and no longer air-tight. Even with years and years of cosmetic cover-up with reapplied plaster and ceiling treatments like sprayed on texture, treatments are peeling away and falling because of the extensive amount of moisture in the old plaster upon which it is applied. Nothing works any more. The house is simply disintegrating. Tile is falling off walls in the bathrooms and mold throughout the house is staggering. In old Room 6 (northwest front corner room), the ceiling and wall plaster has completely collapsed. The ceilings in both large sleeping porches on floors two and three have completely collapsed. 2nd deck hall ceiling 3rd deck collapsed ceiling-one of many!
