QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department OCTOBER 30 - NOVEMBER 11, 2016 10/31: Joshua Wrinkle, 33, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for Dis- orderly Conduct and booked into La Paz County Detention Facility. 10/31: Lisa Wrinkle, 42, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for Dis- orderly Conduct and booked into La Paz County Detention Facility. 11/01: Terry Stephens, 57, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and released with a criminal citation to appear in court. 11/01: Shaun Stuart, 38, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for As- sault during a Domestic Violence Incident and booked into La Paz County Detention Facility. 11/02: William Lycksell, 70, of Parker, AZ, was arrested for DUI and booked into La Paz County De- tention Facility. 11/06: April Coen, 46, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for As- sault during a Domestic Violence Incident and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 11/08: Angela Lewis, 47, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for As- sault during a Domestic Violence Incident and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 11/08: Gloria Roby, 68, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for As- sault during a Domestic Violence Incident and released with a crimi- nal citation to appear in court. 11/09: Collen Byers, 43, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for Burglary and booked into La Paz County Detention Facility. 11/09: Thom Russ, 66, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for Evidence Tampering and issued a criminal citation to appear in court. 11/11: Jennifer Doud, 30, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for Dis- orderly Conduct during a Domestic Violence Incident and booked into La Paz County Detention Facility.
