A New Chapter in Michigan Gamma's Legacy undERGRAduAtES FoCuS on BuildinG RElAtionSHipS Volunteer Opportunities Strengthen Greek Life Friendships d espite not having a chapter house and holding recruitment events on a construction site, Michigan Gamma welcomed 27 new members. With the addition of our new member class, the chapter is now up to 145 active brothers, with a good blend of in-state, out-of- state, and international members. Overall, we have a cumulative GPA of 3.14 and we continue to strive for academic success. Chapter Continues on-Campus involvement In October, we hosted a diversity and inclusion scavenger hunt with members of Zeta Tau Alpha to help introduce international students to downtown East Lansing. Roughly 50 international students attended the scavenger hunt, where they went throughout downtown taking pictures and becoming more comfortable with their surroundings. We have also had members volunteering at local food banks and gyms, and the chapter participated in the annual MSU Greek Life Safe Halloween event for East Lansing children to safely trick-or-treat. Throughout the semester we have participated in sorority philanthropic events to strengthen our relationships with the Greek women on campus. Additionally, we hosted the Ball for Berlin flag football game against the men of Zeta Beta Tau and we are undefeated in the IFC intramural football league with eyes set on our third championship in a row. thank You, alumni As Michigan Gamma undergoes a full chapter house renovation, we'd like to thank our loyal alumni for their continued support. The examples you all set continue to guide us today, and we are proud to be adding the history of our chapter. We look forward to seeing the final results of our house renovations, and appreciate our alumni each step of the way.
