With seven events featuring cow- boys and cowgirls from the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, the action-packed three- day rodeo offers something for every- one. Aside from the greatest show on dirt, highlights throughout the week include the Chili Cook-Off and Foal Chip Bingo Contest downtown, free cowboy poetry reading at the Tehama County Library; a huge mixer spon- sored by the Red Bluff-Tehama County Chamber of Commerce; the Red Bluff Kiwanis Club pancake breakfast at the Elks Lodge and the Round-Up Parade. The culmination is the weekend rodeo and the rodeo dance party, Dance A Palooza, at the Pauline Davis Pavilion at the Tehama District Fairground. The whole Round-Up week is rich in more than 80 years of tradition.
