THE
IRIS
CAMPAIGN 50 MAKING PROGRESS IN
DESIGN AND ENGINEERING PHASE
More News to Be Announced at 50th Anniversary This Fall
I
have some exciting news to report on the state
of Campaign 50. Thanks to the hard work
and dedication of our House Corporation and
campaign leaders, we are making progress on
our plans. This spring, the House Corporation
decided to move forward with the next phase
of design in order to obtain hard pricing for all
phases of the project. We are currently in the
design and engineering phase of the project.
The outcome will be phased construction plans
ready to be issued for formal bids to general
contractors. This process will take a few months.
Once pricing is received this summer, the House
Corporation will have to make a decision, based
on dollars raised, on what portions of the project
can be funded.
While our timeline is not as we had initially
scheduled, I assure you this project will continue
to move forward. To ensure that our construction
plans become reality, we need contributions
from more of our brothers. Many of you
might be waiting until ground is broken and
construction crews are on site, but in order
to make that happen, we need your support
today. Use the enclosed pledge form to make
your gift now. Involvement and support from
each of our brothers is needed and appreciated,
and your gifts will make a difference—no matter
the size. I urge you to thoughtfully consider your
gift to Epsilon Mu.
We hope to have more news to share at the 50th
anniversary of Epsilon Mu at Ball State this
fall. This celebration will be an exciting time to
reconnect with brothers and lend your support to
the future of our great chapter.
