Open officiating, Jeff writes a blog, Inside the Ropes, which relates his insights, stories of player encounters and some wry observations. Jeff's blog entry on the final day of the 2015 U.S. Open at Chambers Bay said, "I hope The University of Texas tower is lit burnt orange tonight," [honoring Texas' Jordan Speith] and, "My final week walking tally was 66 miles.
