V. Ray Pummill '46 celebrated 65 years of marriage to his wife,
Donna, in November 2015. Ray is retired from his career as president
of Pummill Construction, Inc., but he and Donna are still active in

A. Earl Luetge '53 owns a farm in Kentucky, where he spends his
time with wife, Nancy, and enjoys hunting and fishing. Earl has a
nephew living in Austin and enjoys visiting the Pike house when he is

Gerald R. Brooks '54 reports that his two granddaughters graduated
from U.T. Austin: one is a fourth-year resident at Stanford and the
other is working on her Ph.D. at Pennsylvania State University. Gerry
is retired from Marlin Exploration Inc. and lives in Bossier City, La.,

Ronald G. Rosen '59 lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife,
Melanie, where he is the owner of Ronald G. Rosen, CPA. He and
Melanie have seven grandchildren, ages 4 to 14, who live in Fort
Worth, Austin and Houston.
Paul Gervais Bell '74 is happy to report his granddaughter, Harrison
Sheppard Bell, was born September 17, 2015, in Houston. Paul and his
wife, Wende, live in Las Vegas, where he is a real estate salesman for

Tod Hasie '81 and his wife Kendall welcomed a new daughter, Genevieve

Dax Andrew Meazell '93 moved back to Austin in 2012 and married
him wife, Samantha, the following year. The couple welcomed their
daughter, Sarah, in 2015. Dax works as the director of compliance

Erik Nielson '11 reports he is in his second year of law school at St.
Mary's University in San Antonio, while also working on his MBA

Father and Son Bonding, The Pike Way
Pike celebrated Dad's Weekend in February with 70 fathers joining their sons for a weekend of fun
and fellowship in Austin. Dads enjoyed a Friday night out on Sixth Street, the Longhorns-Baylor basketball game
at the Erwin Center and an enjoyable Saturday evening banquet dinner at the Pike chapter house.
