We moved into our newly renovated chapter house in late August of 2015 and are taking advantage of the facility that has so generously been renovated for future generations of Phi Delts. On behalf of the men of Iowa Delta, I want to express my sincere gratitude and most humble thanks to our gracious alumni, the Iowa Delta Housing Corporation, supportive figures at Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters, our faculty advisor, Dr. Janet McMahill, members of the Drake community, and Phi Delts everywhere for the encouragement, support, and brotherly love. We could not do this without you. We encourage all alumni to drop by the house whenever you please! Our house is your house.
