Officer Training PrePares chaPTer fOr The cOming Year
W
e had a great start to the spring semester by
welcoming our 2016 slate. The new officers
have worked hard to learn all aspects of their
positions, and have already done a great job in their
roles. New rules within Tri Delta nationally and
within the Panhellenic community have created
excitement for the future of Greek life and Mizzou
Tri Delta specifically.
Our chapter had the privilege to send officers to the
St. Jude Conference in Memphis, Tennessee, and
Collegiate Leadership Conference in Dallas, Texas,
at the end of February. Our officers were able to
meet other Tri Delta leaders from around the nation.
The friendships made and relatable conversations
resulted in positivity, ideas of growth to take back
to our chapter, and increased love in our beloved
sisterhood.
This semester we look forward to hosting our annual
philanthropy events, Sincerely Yours and DHOP.
We are determined to raise even more money than
we did last year, and hope to remain one of the top
10 fundraising chapters in the nation.
I am excited and honored to serve as the collegiate
chapter president, and look forward to further
developing relationships between collegians and
alumnae.

Alumnae Engagement
Welcomed
A
s the 2016 collegiate alumnae relations chairman, I am available for
any questions you have about the goings-on of the Delta Xi Chapter.
If you have suggestions or feedback, your input is greatly appreciated. If
you are in the area and would like a house tour, I'm happy to arrange a
visit. Even when you're looking for a Tri Delta babysitter in the Columbia
area, I can be of help.
As a Tri Delta legacy, I've seen firsthand how vital your wisdom and aid
is as alumnae. On behalf of our chapter, we cannot thank you enough for
your time and energy supporting Delta Xi's growth.
Loyally,
Karrington Scott '15

WE NEED YOUR
RECOMMENDATIONS
W
e're already looking toward 2016 recruitment and we need your
help in finding the best women to join our next class of Tri Delta
sisters.
We only include women for whom we have references in our week-long
reference study, so your involvement is crucial. You can find a reference
form by visiting the Deltas Only side of www.tridelta.org.
Send your reference forms or questions to our recruitment chairmen:

Each year we have record numbers of women applying for membership.
Help us continue that tradition again this fall!
