QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department FEBRUARY 15 - MARCH 10, 2016 02/16: Christopher Moreno, 22, of Peoria, AZ; was cited and re- leased for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 02/16: Tracy Castor, 46, of Blythe, CA; was cited and released for Reckless Driving. 02/20: Nicola Derrigo, 39, of Ehrenberg, AZ; was arrested for Burglary, Resisting Arrest, and Theft and booked in to the La Paz County Detention Facility. 02/25: James Worth, 50, of Phoenix, AZ; was arrested for a Misdemeanor Warrant out of Parker Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear for Driving on Sus- pended License charge, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 02/25: Steven Schiller, 39, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested on a Misdemeanor Warrant out of Quartzsite Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear on for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 3/1: Michael Engle, 53, of Co- lumbia, CA; was cited and released for Driving while Suspended. 3/1: Howard Fisher, 58, Transient was arrested for Failure to Provide Identification and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 3/2: Derek Underwood, 29, of Rockwall, TX; was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Felony War- rant out of El Paso County Sher- riff's Dept. Colorado Springs CO for Failure to Comply and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 3/2: Elijah Trube, 20, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for Assault Domestic Violence and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 3/04: Daniel Silva, 33, of Blythe, CA; was arrested on a Misde- meanor Warrant Failure to Appear out of Quartzsite Justice Court, Original charge No Fishing License and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 3/5: Waterman Neuman, 61, of Yuma, AZ; was cited and released for Reckless Driving. 3/5: Fabiola Valencia-Beltran, 34, of Phoenix, AZ; was cited and released for Driving on Suspended License. 3/6: Tamara DeLaCruz, 47, of Long Beach, CA; was cited and released for Driving on Suspended License. 3/6: James Worthy, 50, of Phoe- nix, AZ; was arrested for Assault Domestic Violence and Disorderly Conduct Domestic Violence booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 3/7: William Bidwell, 71, of Quartzsite, AZ; was Cited and Released for Knowingly Deposit- ing a Hazardous Substance on the Roadway. 3/9: Brittany Byer, 35, of Quartzsite, AZ; was cited and re- leased for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 3/9: Brittany Byer, 35, of Quartzsite, AZ was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 3/9: James Bueler, 67, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for a Misdemeanor Warrant and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility.
