DELTA TAU DELTA Page 2 ZETA SIGMA BUILDS ON FALL SUCCESSES Undergraduates Aim to Improve the Shelter with New Features A s we embark on another great year for Zeta Sigma, we look forward to another successful semester. Last fall, we welcomed another strong new member class into our bond, while also maintaining one of the highest GPAs on campus. The chapter was able to recruit one of the largest new member classes for the entire university last semester. We hope these new members will carry on and become astounding members of DTD. We also are taking measures to improve the quality of the Shelter by adding new features to the existing grounds, and we are setting up plans and procedures that we hope all alumni will enjoy coming back to in the near future. This semester, the chapter will host the second annual Delt Dive, a sand volleyball tournament to raise money and awareness for JDRF. This event had wonderful success in the past, and we hope to continue it for years to come. Along with this great philanthropy event, we are managing the section of roadway we adopted near the Shelter to ensure that the streets are litter-free. With all of this, it is shaping up to be another fine semester to be an Aggie Delt. The gentlemen at Texas A&M University look forward to spreading the philosophy of what it truly means to be a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity to the campus, community, and all those we meet.
