75 YEARS OF
GAMMA CHI
O
n April 18, 2015, the gentlemen of Gamma
Chi Chapter gathered at their alma mater,
Oklahoma State University, to celebrate the 75th
anniversary of the chapter's founding. The day's
festivities included a golf outing at prestigious
Karsten Creek and the Oklahoma State spring
football game. The marquee event for celebration
was the annual Hall of Fame banquet, drawing
nearly 200 guests. A highlight of the evening
was the attendance of Brother Ollie "Jack"
Wallin '39, a founding Gamma Chi member.
He received recognition and a plaque for his 75
years of service and dedication to the fraternity.
Inducted into the Gamma Chi Hall of Fame were
longtime Chapter Advisor Tommy Shotwell
'89, as well as Gino Demarco '80, senior vice
president of Seventy Seven Energy.

Alumni Update
Chapter Eternal
Donald M. Justice '56 entered Chapter
Eternal on October 7, 2013. He was
OSU's first All-American golfer, a
Big 8 champion, and a co-medalist for
NCAA golf. Donald and his wife lived in
Oklahoma City.
Cyrus S. Mavalvala '70 entered Chapter
Eternal on August 16 after a tragic car
accident. He leaves behind a loving wife
of 34 years and countless adoring relatives.
His family and friends around the globe
