Mr. Ligon served our country in the U.S. Army in World War II in Tokyo, Japan. He was preced- ed in death by his parents, George Nicholas Ligon and Hannah Corine Parrish Ligon; a step-son, Dennis Bolin; one step-grandson; three broth- ers, William, Heyward, and Claude Ligon; and three sis- ters, Virginia Nichols, Anna Falls and Frances Gaston.
