O ur investment in the future of Delta will ensure the success of our chapter and the preservation of our historic clubhouse and home. The undergraduate members have made a commitment to uphold the programs and traditions that have benefited the lives of so many members over the years. Together with our active brothers, the volunteer leadership of Saint Anthony Hall is committed to this major undertaking which will allow us to renovate and maintain our beautiful clubhouse at 3637 Locust Walk, a national and Philadelphia landmark that sets us apart from the Penn community. Because of the magnitude of Delta's need, we urge all brothers to consider major gifts to the campaign. Gifts to the Saint Anthony Hall 1907 Foundation (a 501(c)3 organization) are 100% deductible, and pledges may be spread over a five-year period. Early payments of pledges to the campaign are preferred to reduce borrowing costs for the immediate renovation needs. Payments can be made by credit card on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis which has the benefit of spreading payments out and reducing them to a more manageable size. Gifts of securities, Charitable Remainder Trusts, or corporate matches are encouraged, as they often provide significant tax advantages to the donor. Please consult your tax advisor about what sort of gift would be best for you. Special naming opportunities will be offered to alumni who are considering gifts of $50,000 and above. Gifts in honor or in memory of other Deltas, as well as family gifts, are welcome. Remember that each of us benefited from the generosity, work, and sacrifice of those who went before us. We all enjoyed the comfort and fellowship that the Hall provided during our years at Penn. Now it is our turn.
