• Relocate and expand bathrooms to include the
replacement of all plumbing infrastructure and
fixtures, as they have not been renovated in
over 25 years.
• Restore the wood floors in all bedrooms and
repair the hallway and stair floors.
• Repair plaster ceilings and walls and restore
the wood paneling in the library.
• Upgrade bedroom doors to fire safety standards,
including corridor doors that will need to meet fire
safety standards and historic specifications.
• Relocate laundry room from the basement
to the second floor.
• Potentially relocate pool table to second floor
billiards room
• Repair overhead plaster of the dining room that is
separating from the ceiling due to moisture exposure.
• Repair and replace (as needed) the wood floors and
restore the wood paneling.
• Convert mail room to usable storage space for brothers
who do not live in the Hall.
• Renovate the first floor restroom to include new
plumbing infrastructure and fixtures.
