Qualls passed away unexpect- edly, august 14, 2015. Dan was born April 28, 1948 in Council, ID. He was raised in Mid- vale, ID. Growing up, Dan worked as a ranch hand all over Idaho. After grown and raising a family, Dan was employed by Union Pacifi c RR in Mountain Home, ID. In the mid 1980's, Dan moved to southern AZ to be close to his mom. He worked for several years for Oasis Truck Stop, (now Pilot). He then became a snowbird working in Wyoming in summer months and Quartzsite in the winter. Many will remember Dan working for Big Bob at Tool Alley, attached to Judy's Fashion at the east end of the Main Event. Dan fi nally retired to Twin Falls, ID then Mountain Home, ID to be close to his kids and grand kids. Dan was preceded in death by both parents, one son, one brother and two nephews. He is sur- vived by his daughter Mary Elizabeth & husband, Carl Blum,, daughter, Gena Ann & hus- band Fenton Doyle, all of Moun- tain Home ID, and son Arron Josep &,wife, Sandy Qualls, Emmett, ID, brother, Lyle Qualls, sisters, Daisy & husband Jerry Balluff. and Eva White, all of Quartzsite, AZ, nine and a half grandchildren and one great grand- child. Dan will be missed by friends and family always.
