Michigan Alpha Needs Your Help! House Corporation Plans for Chapter's Future To see a full list of donors visit michianphipsi.org C alling all Michigan Alpha brothers! For the past four years, the alumni leadership in the Michigan Alpha Chapter has been hard at work on the Great Tradition—New Vision campaign. To date, we have raised $259,428, purchased the house at 630 Oxford, and made several improvements to the new property. While our ultimate goal is to acquire a preeminent housing location and structure, there are still many steps on the way to reaching it. The necessary updates have been broken down over a five-year timeline. We hope to complete the 2015 projects this summer, but they are expected to cost nearly $40,000 and can only be completed with alumni support. Some of our needs are more immediate than others, but we appreciate alumni support in all of the projects. If you have a special interest or talent and would like to help with one of the projects below, please contact Brian May '99 or Jack Gray '07 at MichiganAlphaAlumni@gmail.com, or send in a gift today to our P.O. Box or by visiting http://michiganalpha. kintera.org/donate. Any interest or support you can offer as we upgrade our facility is much appreciated. 2015 o Install lighting in living room - $1,500 o Repaint common areas - $5,000 o Upstairs bathroom renovations - $30,000 2016 o Replace two exterior doors - $900 o Replace all blinds - $1,000 o Paint exterior of house - $6,000 o New kitchen flooring (quality solid surface) - $15,000 o Install dumpster pad - $15,000 2017 o Kitchen remodel (new appliances, venting, optimize layout) - $25,000 o Install fire escape - $15,000 2018 o Refurbish bedrooms - $18,000 2019: Continued expansion and updates as fundraising allows o Renovate basement bathroom - $15,000 o Renovate first-floor bathroom - $15,000 o Replace all windows in house - $15,000 o Basement remodel - $20,000 o Install porch and pillars to enhance appearance - $50,000 o Install fire suppression system - $56,000 o Addition over first-floor bedroom - $67,000 o Further enhance basement - $80,000 o Addition over greenhouse - $114,000 o Attic addition - $374,000 Name: ______________________________________________________________________________ Address: ______________________________________________________________________________ City: ______________________________________________________________________________ State, Zip: ______________________________________________________________________________ Graduation Year: ______________________________________________________________________________ E-mail: ______________________________________________________________________________ r $100 r $250 r $500 r $1,000 r $2,500 r Other $____________ r I would like to direct my gift to a specific project: __________________________________ r I would like to direct my gift to the greatest need If you would like to make a gift to the Great Tradition-New Vision campaign, you can do so online or by sending a check with the following gift form to Phi Kappa Psi – Michigan Alpha House Corpora- tion, P.O.
