T
he Vidal family and friends are excited to be entering
the 11th season of providing scholarships to exceptional
students. Last year was the first year the application went
online with the collaboration of St. Louis graduates through
the St. Louis Scholarship Foundation. We received over
200 applications—a big leap from last year's submission.
AVMS provided three scholarships to talented students who
are truly making a difference: Kevin Ponder '15, studying
engineering; Mitchell Patkins, first-year student at St. Louis
University; and Taylor Sutcliffe, a first-year medical student
in Chicago. We continue to make the memory of Andrew
Vidal live on in fellowship and helping others achieve their educational goals. Please
visit www.avmsfund.com to learn more about Andy. For more information on our
scholarship, please visit https://stlouisgraduates.academicworks.com/opportunities/781.
