Connections of Cumberland County operates the only walk-in Day
Resource Center with case management specifically designed to serve
women and children who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness. By
collaborating with all community homeless resources, Connections
offers comprehensive case management to assist homeless women
and children to become self-sufficient.
