It was a fantastic fundraiser for the Food Bank! The Band, The Golden Oldies, provided lots of great dancing for everyone! The Car Show was a great addition, too. It was so nice to see such a large turnout for supporting the Food Bank. Thank you to Lee, Gunny, Mrs. Gunny (Deb) and all their volunteers; for all the donations for the raffl es and the delicious cakes and cupcakes. The Quartzsite Metal Detectors Club would like to send a" BIG THANK YOU "to all the Merchants and Vendors who so willingly donated prizes to our annual January Super Coin Hunt, held at the Quartzsite town park on Janu- ary 17th, 2015. Without your support and donations, we would not have been able to have great prizes. We had 222 coin hunters and just about as many onlookers cheering them on.
