According to court docu- ments fi led in Quartzsite Town Court, on or about August 26, 2014 at the Senior Center, Davidson "engaged in seriously disruptive behavior that was witnessed by several people." Several people witnessed Davidson engage in threatening and harassing con- duct which is in violation of Arizona Revised Statute 13-2904.A1, a misde- meanor. Davidson's only comment Monday to Desert Messenger was, "The whole thing is totally bogus!" However, back in early fall, Davidson voluntarily reported the incident to Desert Messenger and admitted he "was hot" and just "went off!" He explained the Senior Center had an issue with his political sign being attached to their fence. According to Davidson, volunteers from Senior Cen- ter took his sign down and called him within the legal time limts. He said he drove straight to the Senior Center. Davidson said that he had permis- sion from the neighboring business to put up signs. He believed the fence belonged to the business or was at least shared. Representatives from the Senior Center pointed out the fence belonged to the non-profi t organiza- tion and they cannot allow political signs on their property. Davidson was to appear in court on February 11th, but an extension was granted until February 25th in Quartzsite Magistrate Court.
