Club and come to "Boomer- ville," our spot on the desert for two weeks in January every year. One day BLM Ranger Jim Turner dropped by Happy Hour to answer questions about BLM issues. One member asked Jim if there was anything we could do to help them in their job. He said we could pick up trash along the electric lines down by the permit tent along the frontage road. On Saturday, January 24 15 of us spent an hour and a half picking up trash. When we ran out of garbage bags, RVers in the area gave us more and thanked us for doing this. This was our way of saying "Thank you," to the BLM staff and the town of Quartzite for our enjoy- able time here every year. Craft Fair 1st Sat. of every month! Daily Activities!
