Renovation: $600,000 Entire House • Install new sprinkler system • Update fire safety system Front of House • Add second story to façade and install 4 columns • Expand dining hall into courtyard • Create new business center • Add new stairway from entry to basement • Modify houseparent/Chapter president suite • Move fireplace • Update kitchen and dining facilities • Install ADA-compliant chair li • Remove entry vestibule • Add men's bathroom and renovate women's restroom Dormitories • Add individual showers, ADA-compliant shower and toilet to common bathrooms • Install solid core fire-rated doors and new door frames Basement • Add a men's and women's guest bathrooms • Create laundry facilities • Expand common space to allow for a workout area • Decrease size of Chapter room to accommodate new staircase Exterior • Create circle driveway in front of house • Professional landscaping of entire property Scholarship Endowment: $100,000 Increase endowment to provide additional funding toward undergrad- uate scholarships. Beta-Tau provides over $10,000 each year to deserv- ing undergraduate Brothers who excel in academics, Chapter, campus and community involvement, or are in need of financial assistance. Maintenance Endowment: $100,000 Provide subsidized funding for upkeep and repair of the Chapter House and ongoing maintenance of landscaped property.
