Page 3 Delta upsilon Basement Remodel Complete As the school year kicked off, the men of Delta Upsilon moved back into the house complete with numerous changes. The Parent's Club generously contributed $10,000 to give the basement a much- needed renovation. They ripped out the old carpeting, painted the walls, and put in new lighting. These changes help solidify our place as one of the nicest houses on campus, with the nicest in-house spot to study. The Parent's Club plans to remove the old and falling-apart desks over winter break in order to have new cubicles installed, making it an even better place to study. If these changes weren't enough, the House Corporation finished the remodel with a nice new bathroom in the basement. This space is getting used tremendously and the guys couldn't be happier to get it. Members Earn 3.0 GPA The Chapter continues to put school first with an average grade point of 3.0. We continue to build on this and strive to be back on top of The Hill. Football Tailgates Planned We encourage alumni to attend the home football games this year. Chapter members purchased a tailgate spot on the lawn, east of the football field. We will tailgate there every home game with a tent and encourage all to come and enjoy.
