CAmpAign stAtus At-A-glAnCe As of oCtober 27, 2014 $750,000 CAmpAign goAl $508,365 totAl Commitments 76 Contributors 7% pArtiCipAtion Raise the Roof: Beta Pi Replaced Old Fixture This Summer T his summer, the Beta Pi Chapter house underwent a very exciting renovation to replace our roof. As many of you know, the old roof had several leaks, which resulted in more than a few water marks on ceilings and walls throughout the chapter house. The Housing Corporation, with significant financial assistance from the active chapter, partnered with Global Green Property Services to replace the roof with a new EPDM-Mulehide roof. The project, which occurred this summer, was completed on budget and on time for approximately $58,000, and is expected to last 25-30 years with appropriate maintenance. PAge 5
