n investment in the physical plant must be preceded by an investment of alumni and professional leadership. The board of directors saw
the need to modify the governance structure of the association to meet the challenges of a development campaign, the planning, financing
and construction of an upgraded chapter house, and the establishment of robust operational systems for future generations of Lambda Chi Alpha
active brothers. Additionally, an industry-leading architectural firm, Treanor & Associates, has been hired.
