Main St. 16A, B-10 Camp- ground, Quartzsite, AZ In 1995, Gaylord Alta Ellis plead guilty and was convicted in Hutchinson County Texas of Indecency with a Child, Sexual Contact. His victim, a 13 year-old female acquain- tance. He was sentenced to 10 years proba- tion. In 2000, he violated probation and was revoked. He was sentenced to serve 5 years in Texas Department of Corrections. He was released after serving 2.5 years. LEVEL 2 SEX OFFENDER ALERT NAME: GARY LEE DUNAGAN BIRTH YEAR: 1959, 5'04, 120 lbs. ADDRESS: TRANSIENT, Quartzsite, AZ In 1990, Gary lee Dunagan was convicted in Tulare County, California of Lewd and Las- civious Acts with a Child under 14. His vic- tim, an eight year-old female family member. Dunagan was sentenced to serve 365 days in jail and 60 months probation. In 1996, he was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender. He was sentenced to serve 2 years in California Department of Corrections.
