After spending my formidable years in Tokyo, Japan, I returned to the United States for college in the great state of Michigan. I found my way to IU via Chicago in order to pursue my master's degree in the field of higher education and student affairs. I currently work at IU in the Office of International Services and have the pleasure of representing IU around the globe (I'm writing this report from Seoul, Korea). Not only do I have the honor of being the newest chapter counselor for the Pi Chapter of Beta Theta Pi but I am also one of its newest members. I had the distinct privilege of being initiated in January and have been warmly received by the men. The initiation process was both impactful and unforgettable and reaffirmed my resolution to join the ranks of such a storied and reputable organization. I look forward to spending time with our incredible chapter and am thrilled to be a part of the values-based work the men of the Pi Chapter continue to engage in. I eagerly anticipate working with our chapter as we grow our ranks and solidify and improve the reputation of Beta Theta Pi that I was aware of far before my affiliation. Yours in -kai-, Seth Walker '12 Chapter Counselor
