Jim Walkington of Viper Voidance from "Rattlesnake University", will speak on the rattlesnakes in the Quartzsite Gold Treasure & Craft Show February 14-16 southwest, as well as rattlesnake proofi ng your dog. This training must be scheduled. The crafters must be approved by the directors before set up time and must have something to do with minerals. There will be several contests outside with prizes for the quickest panner and metal detect- ing. Vendors inside will be promot- ing new prospecting equipment; vendors outside will be individuals selling their used equipment. Gold and gold jewelry will be bought and sold.
