DTD THE AGGIE DELT Zeta Sigma Chapter I Delta Tau Delta Fraternity I Texas A&M University I Fall 2013 House Corporation Looks toward the Future Alumni Stay Connected to Zeta Sigma he Zeta Sigma House Corporation continues to make much-needed capital improvements for the long-term benefit of our chapter. We have made many improvements to the Shelter thanks to our alumni workdays and our actives putting their time and energy into fixing up the house. T NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AHEAD Nick Phelps '15 makes sure the details are perfect for Zeta Sigma. As we assess the future needs of our undergraduate brothers, it has been determined that significant emphasis needs to go into the road leading to our Shelter. We are excited for the work to be completed in the coming months, but we could still use your help. Monetary donations to the House Corporation will help us accelerate this process. If you are interested in making a gift, please contact me directly. ALUMNI COMMUNICATIONS UPDATE Phillip Casey '15 and Andrew Miesch '14 give a door new life at the DTD Shelter. The undergraduate chapter held a work day this summer and it was a success. We accomplished many of the necessary internal repairs to the Shelter and they will make our position on campus stronger to showcase one of the finest fraternity houses in College Station. Please join us for our October 19 Alumni Weekend Tailgate in Spence Park and our 20th anniversary celebration on December 7. We have undergraduates and alumni working together to unite and strengthen us. SUPPORT ZETA SIGMA We are working on communication methods and tools so that you can be better informed of what is happening with the Zeta Sigma Chapter and our alumni. We want to hear from you and communicate your individual achievements. Our goal is strengthen the Aggie Delt network. If you are willing to get involved with the Corporation by serving on the events planning committee or as a mentor to an undergraduate, please contact us today. "In the past 10 years, the chapter has grown rapidly, enhanced its reputation on campus, and the quality of young men that have joined is impressive. I know Delta Tau Delta is a top fraternity at A&M now, and Zeta Sigma is recognized nationally for its commitment to excellence." Our goal is to have an active alumni base greater than you have ever seen before within our chapter. In order to accomplish this goal we need to hear from you. Alumni can participate in the success of Zeta Sigma regardless of their geographic location. FALL ALUMNI EVENTS PLANNED Levi pledged Delta Tau Delta in 2002 and quickly recognized the passion the active members had for the chapter, including Joe Handy '03 and Pete Kramer '04. "There was a great foundation in place with the Delt chapter, and it was clear that Zeta Sigma was on the rise. I was privileged to join Delta Tau Delta," Levi said.
