SLOW NO WAKE HOURS In effect daily from 7:30 PM to 10:00 AM. Boats must operate at the slowest speed necessary to maintain steering control. SLOW NO WAKE ZONES Maintain Slow No Wake speed within 100 feet of any boat, swimmer, diver, or raft, and between the shoreline and No Wake buoys at all times. TOWING SAFETY Boats towing skiers, tubers, or similar activities must remain at least 100 feet from swimmers, divers, rafts, and other boats. An observer is required onboard in addition to the operator. SUNDAY QUIET DAYS No motorboat operation on Sundays from the second Sunday in June through the third Sunday in September. Electric trolling motors are permitted. SPEED LIMIT A radar-enforced maximum speed of 35 mph applies on all open water. DIRECTION OF TRAVEL During water skiing, jet skiing, and high-traffic boating periods, maintain a counter-clockwise travel pattern. LAUNCH PERMIT REQUIRED A Sheboygan County Launch Permit is required at the Elkhart Lake Boat Landing and available in brown permit boxes near the launch. Launch is located at N8091 County Road P.
