And my goodness, have you delivered! We've already raised over $2 million toward our $2.5 million goal thanks to 117 generous sisters. On behalf of Pi Phi, I am truly amazed and humbled by the support and loyalty you've shown to date. Make no mistake: this isn't the time to slow down. Chapters across Sorority Row are upgrading their facilities as well to preserve and strengthen the Aggieland fraternity/sorority experience. We must do the same to keep building lifelong leaders at 1601 Munson Avenue. The numbers you read above put us at roughly 6% participation. Again, this is astounding progress—but did you know the average participation rate of successful fraternity/sorority capital campaigns is 20%? We already know Texas Eta is above average; this is our chance to prove it. Every donation and five-year pledge makes a difference. Remember, we cleared 80% of our goal with just over 100 donors, and we have nearly 2,000 alumnae. If everyone gives, Pi Phi thrives. You and your sisters can also thrive as the Class Challenge continues! Remember, over 10 classes have each raised $25,000 or more, and the top 3-5 will name a bedroom at the end of the campaign. We'll make quick work of our goal if every class rallies together to give what they can in this challenge. You can make a gift and check the top classes at aggiepibetaphi.causevox.com (or by scanning the QR code below). The Texas Eta Capital Campaign Committee knows our chapter's future is bright, and we'd like all alumnae to be active participants in that future. We're already proving that there's strength in numbers; please keep doing your part on our journey to $2.5 million and beyond!
